CS301- Data Structures
Data Structures represent a foundational subject within the standard undergraduate Computer Science Curriculum. The subjects addressed in the curriculum are among the most fundamental concepts in the entire realm of computer science. This particular course readies students for the more intricate materials they will engage with in subsequent academic modules, and it serves as a prerequisite for those advanced subjects. The curriculum encompasses widely recognized data structures like dynamic arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, heaps, disjoint sets, and tables. The objectives encompass three primary achievements: (1) Executing the implementation of these structures in C++, (2) Determining the suitability of specific structures for distinct scenarios, and (3) Developing a confident aptitude for mastering new structures that go beyond the scope of this particular class.
This course is delivered by Dr. Sohail Asla. He did his Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

CS201-Intorduction to Programming is a pre-requisite for CS201 Data Structures.
